About IOPS

IOPS is the operations platform for flight service requests between aircraft operators and ground handlers. One request carries the itinerary, the services, the permits, the manifests, and the conversation, so everyone working a trip is looking at the same record.

It is built for the US–Mexico corridor. Mexico landing permits are matched against your blanket permits and flagged before departure, eAPIS manifests are generated in ARINCDirect-compatible format from data already on the trip, and passport details are collected through secure links and stored encrypted.

Operators request and track every service from one screen. Handlers and FBOs confirm requests, assign their ground team by airport, and fulfill each service to completion. Ground agents update service status from the ramp.
